I sent a DaPino eCard but the recipient said it didn’t arrive

When you send your card, please make sure you have the correct email address.
If the recipient still doesn’t receive the e-card notification email, he/shr may have firewall software installed in his mailbox to block unknown senders.
He/she should check his Junk Mail and add your email address to his address book.
