I purchased a commercial license but didn't received my username and password. How am I going to get my login and password?

I add more then one downloads in my cart but don't see them in my cart, what's the problem?

If you are having problems with my shopping cart it’s most likely caused by internet explorer cookies. You need to enable cookies to use my shopping cart also please clear your caches after enabling cookies. Unfortunately some browser custom settings at internet explorer don’t allow [my] cookies to set. I have no control over this.

I want to checkout my downloads, where am I going to download them?

Downloads links are immediately visible after successful checkout. Download links will also sent automatically after *successful checkout.

*It’s required to give a name and valid email address when you checkout. (Even you are logged in). These service is powered by E-Junkie and I have no control over this step. In the given email you’ll find your download links.

My download links are broken. How am I going to download my free files?

Please forward your receipt and I’ll send you the links manually again.
